Bake in a large pan (10 x 15 inch) for 18 to 25 minutes.

Soft, biscuit base topped with meringue, cherries and walnuts. Mix together vanilla instant pudding, milk and cream cheese. Lastly, we drizzle it with caramel topping!

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Follow directions on cake mix box. Combine 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 6 ounces cool whip. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter with cocoa.

Pour into greased 8x10 cake.

And this is one happy 24 year old! In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour. Add coconut, vanilla and pecans.

On medium heat, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes stir.

Bake at 350º in any size pan (i use a 13x9 pan) for about 40 minutes. Will make 2 loaves or a tube pan (even cupcakes). The texture is wonderfully tender and it has a thick layer of crackly crust on top.

Old southern cake is perfectly moist and buttery with just the right amount of sweetness.

Into the creamed mixture, add dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. I remember looking through a cookbook and i saw the recipe. Sprinkle walnuts and coconut over top of cake.
